I started training with Rich in the spring having signed up for The Three Peaks Challenge. I’m a runner and I have a good level of fitness but I needed to build strength, particularly in my upper body.
Rich is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable in Calisthenics. He created a bespoke programme which enabled me to have a personal training session once a week and then undertake training at home, repeating the exercises 2-3 times a week by myself. What I love about Calisthenics is how easy it is to fit it in around my busy schedule.
I was amazed at how quickly I started to see improvements in my upper body strength, my balance improved and my legs were also gaining in strength. Each week, Rich was able to advise and, if necessary tweak the exercises to ensure progress. Calisthenics without doubt has had a huge impact on my overall fitness and strength.
I would highly recommend Rich, his personable, relaxed approach, coupled with his passion and knowledge have made and continue to make my Calisthenics training enjoyable and rewarding. My Three Peaks Challenge is done and dusted but my journey with Rich and Calisthenics will long continue.
