In my late 20’s I was forced to give up football due to chronic injuries. I soon became over weight and out of shape.

My body dysmorphia was getting the better of me, both physically and mentally.

I tried everything but nothing was working.

I then picked a book on Calisthenics and started doing simple bodyweight exercises in my room. Soon after I found a total freedom in my training and managed to get in the best shape of my life!

It then became my mission to help other people and educate them on the effectiveness of Calisthenics training.

Cali-Motion Fitness was born.

There is a general misconception that Calisthenics is only for elite athletes or super fit people but this is simply not true. Over the past few years I have managed to create a unique method of training that can achieve amazing results for everybody. I have been training a very diverse group of people with clients ages ranging from in their 20’s right through to my eldest client who is 70 years old. Yes they all have their individual goals but each and very one of them has benefited from my style of coaching.

Now I bring these exercises to you.

Whether in your living room, bedroom, hotel room, garage, back garden or office these exercises are for all levels of fitness, even if you have never exercised before.

They are tailored to suit the needs & lifestyle of today’s busy men & women.

Like many people I struggled with my weight all my life.

Weight loss never came easy to me but became particularly hard after being diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer 9 years ago. The thyroid gland plays a major role in metabolism so having mine removed meant I very quickly gained 4 stone in weight & found it even more difficult to get it off again.

There is so much conflicting information on the internet about all sorts of diets, quick fixes, wonder injections or products to speed up weight loss, non of which prove to be successful in the long term.

I decided to become a nutrition coach to learn the truth about what really works for successful & sustainable weight loss.

My aim as a nutrition coach is to keep it simple with easy to follow nutrition plans and help as many people as possible to eat well, feel better and achieve their nutrition goals.
